Currently we only provide diet plans and not the actual diet

Initially when you contact us through Phone/E-mail/Whatsapp, the following steps are taken:

  • -You are required to fill an Assessment Form, which will analyze your health, medication, family health and many other aspects related to your health and habits.
  • -After that, we might call you to inquire some further queries, if it’s not clear from the Assessment Form
  • -Based on the data, we would design a personalized diet plan for you.
  • -Your diet plans might be updated from time to time, depending on the result until that time.

After your purchase of a diet plan, you will get the following services as long as the plan holds.

  • -SMS message of your diet everyday so that you don’t forget any diet.
  • -Consultation with our dieticians any time on any queries that you might have.
  • -Time to time feedback from our side and diet modifications if required.

If you forget the diet for any day then you should keep going with the diet plans that are left.

For Example: If you forget to take the diet for the 4th and 5th day then you should keep going with the diet for the sixthand later days as it is and not cry over spilt milk. Inform your dietician about this during the feedback.

Although to attain maximum benefits, you are advised to follow the diets strictly.

It is easy to update your Organicholics account by clicking on ‘edit details’. ‘My account’ allows you to have control over your transactions.

  • -Manage/Edit your personal data like address, phone number, email ID etc.
  • -Change your password.
  • -View your order history and any processing order status.
Once the order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, then we confirm the receipts of the order and begin processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order.

To track your order you will have to use the Shipment code that is provided to you by us. Then you can log in to the respective courier service provider’s website to track your order using the shipment code.

In case of the service purchased with COD you get the Invoice (for services) delivered at your home.

In case you also need supplements and decide to get it along with the Invoice then you can talk with the dietician and decide the same.

We are using the finest and safest Payment Gateway Provider Razorpay. The Razorpay Checkout offers multiple payment methods, allowing you the flexibility to complete the payment using the payment method of your choice.

There are no hidden charges, the services and their respective prices are the same as mentioned on the website.

In case your diet plan includes dietary supplements then they will be charged extra and are in no situation a part of the service offered.

The delivery charges for the supplements if applicable in your case will be notified during the purchase.

If you are not comfortable to pay beforehand then you can opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) where you pay after receiving the order. However, currently we offer Cash on delivery only in Delhi/NCR regions.

-We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
-We accept payments made using visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

You can place a COD by selecting the COD option while making the payment.

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within few days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately would not be able to expedite it. Please check with your bank for more details.

If the bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refunds within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the fund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timeline are as below:

-Net banking: 2-4 business days.
-Debit card: 2-7 business days.
-Credit card: 5- 21 business days.

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, passwords (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after payment failure, then it is normally rolled back to your bank account within a few days depending on the bank.

No, currently we are providing our service to India only.

We ship our orders either through DTDC or Delhivery courier services.

Depending upon the availability of the products, it might take around 3 – 7 business days to deliver the product.

The charges depend upon the size and shipment of the product, which will notified to you after the purchase.
